Buthai Street Kitchen stands for authentic, healthy home-made Thai cuisine with natural and fresh ingredients. Eating is one of the most beautiful and important activities for the Thais and is an elementary part of our culture. Food is FUN / SANUK – Thai for fun! It’s no wonder that you can find small mobile food stalls on every busy street corner or on one of our numerous beaches. Here you can get almost anything you want, from baked bananas to chicken on skewers to fried noodles. Hearty dishes are prepared and cooked everywhere and at any time of the day or night. The fresh ingredients and our variety of spices that are used are typical, especially chili, lemongrass and coconut milk. The idea behind this is to give this street character a place to develop in our restaurant.
Our chefs prepare the dishes for you true to the original. Each soup is also made specifically for you in the ball pan. We only use the best ingredients – free of any flavor enhancers and artificial colors. We use free-range eggs, fresh meat without hormonal ingredients and non-genetically modified tofu.
